No, i don't think she is. She could just be flirting with you. Don't read into it too much, or you could land yourself in some serious trouble. Friends do that all the time, so it could also be just a friendly thing. If things change, like the "luv ya" turns into "love you" then that could be a sign. But for now, i would say that it is a friendly thing and nothing more.
This survey is so stupid, it is an insult to most women. How about a survey about men? Oh, I forgot they can get by with anything. Not all men, but a huge magority.

At a place I used to work at, there was this one girl that always wanted a pinky promise from me (every day). When our pinkies locked she would look me in the eyes and say "luv ya." She was married, so I never pursued. Was she into me? I think she was. Just curious.
