male made all this up to make himself feel better about women ignoring him.
I am a woman, and the concreteness of these interpretations is ridiculous. Guys - never believe that any one gesture means what someone writing an article says. Every woman is different. And we're usually not conscious of the signals we're sending if we do send them. And if you need to consult articles like this to know what's up, then you need to spend more time out in public and away from the computer.
